Dr. Barack got me in the same day I needed to be seen on an emergency basis. He took care of my tooth and, as always, was very professional and caring. Everything is going very well 12 days after my surgery. I reside out of state and come back to Illinois to have my dental work done by Dr. Barack. He's the best.

I needed an implant on a front tooth. Surrounding teeth were fine and was concerned about looking like a pumpkin for the multiple months it takes your gums to heal with an implant! Both Dr Barack and my dentist, Dr. Bakalar Figured out a way to preserve my appearance without damaging surrounding teeth. The whole process has been unbelievably comfortable and literally painless!! I am new at the implant necessity and was very worried about it! Thank you, Dr. Barack and Bacalar for making this such a non-event!!!

Terrific teamwork between Dr. and staff. My implant including tooth extraction was a small feat involving surgical precision, patience, and demonstrated expertise considering what I was told was an extraordinarily tight space between neighboring teeth. Local anesthetics administered took all the pain away which is all you can ask. Though the procedure only took place a few days ago and it’s too early to comment on successful healing during postoperative care, so far so good. At the end of the procedure I got to see the x-ray of the finished implant. This was impressive work. I don’t care for the frequent follow- ups being requested. Otherwise, so so far so great with this provider!

Dr. Gupta is amazing. I worked with a periodontist for years, and I know a good one. He was thorough, took the less invasive route first and solved my issue without extensive procedures. The office was very professional, post procedure follow-up and communication was excellent. They even gave me a protein drink after my procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

This review is long overdue. My brother and I have been patients of Dr. Barack for nearly 20 years. Over that time, we have both had multiple dental implants placed, and we have experienced no issues throughout the process or in all these years since. Our implants have remained in excellent condition. More recently, I returned to Dr. Barack for the extraction of several root canal-treated teeth, followed by sinus lifts and bone grafting in both my upper and lower jaw. Although the procedure was extensive, everything went smoothly. My recovery was equally uneventful, with zero complications. Today, I am returning to have three implants placed, and I am looking forward to completing this phase of my treatment. Dr. Barack, his assistants, and the entire office staff are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for honest, expert advice—whether your case is simple or highly complex—Dr. Barack is the doctor you want to see. Best medical or dental office I have ever visited. Staff was obviously well trained and customer service was their priority. Everything was clearly explained and summarized multiple times. I do not enjoy dental visits but I felt like I was at a Beverly Hills spa. Dr. Gupta exudes knowledge and explains every single step he takes. He also speaks to you in a way that makes you easily understand what is going on.

Dr Barack and his staff are all amazing people!! They take care of their patients, like no other Doctors office. I have been going there for more than 10 years, along with my other family members. They are highly professional and have the highest quality instruments, machines, etc. They call and check to see how you’re feeling and are Always Available if need be.
